先后被公司评为“先进个人”、“优秀共产党员”、“标兵”；连续多年被如皋市建筑工程管理局评为“先进个人”；连续多年被中共江苏省出省建筑业企业北京地区委员会评为“优秀共产党员”；2013年被评为第八届“如皋市十大杰出青年”；2014、2015年荣获优秀进晋企业经理；2016年获出省优秀建造师。
