男，汉族，1963年1月出生，1985年9月参加工作，1998年12月入党，西南交通大学土木工程专业，本科学历。
2004年5月取得国家高级工程师职称。 2005年10月获得国家一级建造师资格。 2007年11月取得国家高级经济师职称。

先后荣获江苏省建筑业“优秀项目经理”、如皋市“优秀工会工作者”、如皋市“爱企业的优秀职工”、如皋市“先进个人”等荣誉称号。
