男，汉族，1962年10月出生，1982年8月参加工作，1995年2月入党，同济大学工民建专业毕业，本科学历。
2004年5月取得国家高级工程师职称。 2004年11月获得国家一级建造师资格。 2005年11月取得国家高级经济师职称。 2014年11月取得国家研究员级高级工程师职称。

主要荣誉

先后荣获全国建筑业优秀项目经理、鲁班奖工程项目经理、江苏省建筑业“优秀项目经理”、江苏省优秀总工程师、如皋市优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。
