男，汉族，1966年7月出生，1987年8月参加工作，1995年2月入党，新疆大学工商管理专业毕业，本科学历。
2004年5月取得国家高级工程师职称。 2004年11月获得国家一级建造师资格。 2007年11月取得国家高级经济师职称。

研究课题《打造诚信品牌，治理拖欠‘顽症’，提高管理效益》获第七届全国工程建设企业管理现代化成果二等奖
